About Me

I am a licensed clinical psychologist, author, and advocate for intentional, balanced living. For over a decade, I have helped individuals navigate life’s challenges, build confidence, and develop a stronger, more compassionate relationship with themselves.

I earned my doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, where I also completed two master’s degrees in Clinical Psychology & Counseling and Clinical Health Psychology. Before starting my private practice, I worked in community behavioral health, behavioral health hospitals, and group practice settings, supporting individuals with a wide range of emotional and mental health needs.

Through years of providing therapy — as well as through my own personal healing journey — I came to recognize how deeply emotional experiences can become stored in the body. This realization led me to explore yoga and eventually earn my Yoga Teacher Certification through MotherHeart Yoga Sangha.

When appropriate and welcomed in session, I incorporate posture, movement, and breath-based techniques to help clients deepen awareness of how emotions manifest physically in the body. This approach can support greater self-connection, emotional processing, and the release of stuck patterns and experiences.

I strongly believe that healing is not one-dimensional, and neither are we. Because of this, I value an integrative approach and encourage clients to explore the modalities and practices that feel most supportive to their individual healing journey.
