About Me
After what felt like a hundred years in school, I earned both my Masters and Doctorate Degrees in Clinical Psychology from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. Prior to starting my private practice, I worked in Community Behavioral Health, inpatient psychiatric hospital settings, and group practice. After providing therapy for several years, and influenced by my own journey towards healing, I realized that so much of our internal suffering gets stuck in the body. This led me to exploring yoga and later attaining my Yoga Teacher Certification from MotherHeart Yoga Sangha. I love incorporating, when welcome and appropriate in sessions, posture and breath techniques to help bring awareness of how your emotions land in your body, getting you connected to yourself, and unsticking those stuck points.

I am a firm believer in incorporating more than one (or several modalities) for healing. We are not one-dimensional beings. So I welcome you to explore what feels right for your healing!
