Therapy

My practice is centered on women's wellness and empowerment

Currently, I am providing therapy online via a HIPAA compliant Telehealth platform.

Deriving from Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and self-compassion strategies, sessions are tailored to your specific needs. Therapy may be provided in a brief therapy format or a longer-term experience. Length of time in therapy depends on your needs at that time.

At the beginning of meeting together, weekly sessions are often recommended to provide space to create rapport, establish goals for therapy, and begin to set the path for our work together. Of course, there is flexibility considering what you may need and appointments can be scheduled on a biweekly basis as well. As time goes on and you feel more confident in working on your goals, the frequency of therapy will lessen.

I am in network with Cigna, Highmark/BCBS PPO, Quest, Aetna, Compsych, and UBH/Optum and also accept private pay. Please check with your insurance to verify that telehealth is a covered service. If I am not in network with your insurance provider, I am happy to provide a superbill (detailed receipt) of your sessions for reimbursement. All sessions will be scheduled for 50 minutes unless discussed otherwise beforehand.

Session Costs:

  • First session: $185

  • 45 to 50 minute session: $165

  • 60 minute session: $175

*Cancellation/Missed Session Policy: Your appointment is reserved exclusively for you. A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for rescheduling or cancelling an appointment. Insurance companies do not reimburse for late cancellations or missed sessions. Late cancellation & missed sessions will be subject to a $75 fee and will be charged to the card on file at the time of the scheduled session. If you are, or anticipate being, 15 or more minutes late for an appointment, this will count as a late cancellation/missed session and you will be charged the $75 fee.
**The late cancellation/missed session fee will not be waived or refunded, except in the event of a personal or medical emergency or severe illness.

**If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, please immediately call 911, go to your nearest emergency room, or reach out to the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline by calling or texting 988.**
